Terms of Use

1. Authorized Users Only

The portal is for authorized school administrators, staff, teachers, students, parents, guardians, and approved support users. Access may be limited by school, role, responsibility, and page permission.

2. Account Responsibility

Users must keep usernames, passwords, OTPs, invite links, QR codes, and reset links private. Do not share accounts. The school may review activity performed under a user account.

3. Acceptable Use

• Use the system only for official school administration, teaching, learning, welfare, communication, and approved reporting.
• Enter accurate information and update wrong records through the proper school process.
• Print, download, or share records only when authorized.
• Respect student, parent, guardian, staff, clinic, finance, boarding, and disciplinary confidentiality.

4. Prohibited Use

Users must not attempt unauthorized access, bypass permissions, alter records without approval, misuse student or staff data, upload harmful files, impersonate another user, or use the system for non-school purposes.

5. Official Records

Reports, printouts, certificates, attendance records, payment records, and evidence trails are generated from records available in the system at the time of use. Schools must verify important records before official filing or external use.

6. Communication Tools

Messages, announcements, parent reports, teacher-parent communication, workflow notices, and live support tools must be used respectfully and only for school-related communication.

7. Device And Location Features

If device, geofence, GPS, QR, biometric, or camera features are enabled by the school, users must follow the school's official policy for those tools.

8. Suspension Or Restriction

The school or system administrator may restrict, suspend, or review access where misuse, security risk, wrong role assignment, or unauthorized activity is suspected.

9. Updates

These terms may be updated when new modules, security requirements, or school policies are added.
