TRWSOFT is used to support official school administration. Records in this portal must be handled carefully, lawfully, and only by authorized users.
Use data only for school duties
Student, parent, guardian, staff, finance, clinic, boarding, attendance, behaviour, document, and location records must be used only for approved school work.
Protect confidential records
Do not share screenshots, printouts, passwords, QR codes, reports, or documents with unauthorized persons.
Correct wrong information
If information is wrong, report it to the school administration office or authorized system administrator for correction.
Activity may be audited
The portal may record access, changes, downloads, printouts, approvals, messages, and other security events for accountability.
